Construction system

Our construction system.

Our modular construction system allows us to create prefabricated houses of the highest quality and energy efficiency. We build homes with structure similar to those of traditional construction with reinforced concrete slabs and powerful steel pillars.

More quality to the process

Our construction system is carried out in our factory, which brings more quality to the process and the finishes. It has a Document of Adaptation to Use (DAU), and complies, by law, with the same technical codes as traditional construction. For greater guarantee the whole process is supervised by an independent OCT.

Structural system

The mixed structural system, in steel and concrete, allows to eliminate the thermal bridges, and conceals all the installations in the enclosures, avoiding uncomfortable stamping.

Our construction system is based on an industrialized process optimized to the maximum. Converting each step of the traditional construction into an assembly line, controlling times and quality of execution. Not only has the quality of the homes not been impaired, it has also increased to its maximum level.

Prefabricated construction

If you are thinking about the modular or prefabricated construction for your house, you will be interested to know the different options you have and the advantages of each of them.

Execution time

While the brick façade requires many small pieces and the use of mortars that lengthen the execution and drying times, in our dry construction façade we do not have these handicaps. We do not depend on the climatology and we execute the same surface in a third of the time that we would take with the traditional one.

Cost

Although the most economical materials are those of the brick factory, if we take into account the execution time, we can see that our facade represents an increase of only 5%, which is compensated, with all the benefits it gives us and the time in which we will have it ready.

Resistance

Both have the necessary strength to choose the finish that we like most: mortar, natural stone, ventilated facades, etc. Inside, the plasterboard fiber-plaster gives it a resistance that allows us to hang 50kg of a single block or 200Kg per m2. Only 20kg per wall can be hung on the commonly used plasterboard panels.

Thermal inertia

The brick has a lot of thermal inertia, which means it needs more time to warm up or cool down. That is why today it is not an adequate resource if it is not heated continuously. Our dry construction with materials that are not very heat conducive, allows the execution of low thermal inertia enclosures in which the heat losses are minimal.

Thermal isolation

The brick façade usually has a thermal insulation of 6 cm of different materials (rigid, projected, minerals, etc.). In our homes we have doubled the insulation to 12cm. of mineral wool formed by two layers of 6cm. each. In addition, between both panels, we find 2 cm. of air chamber that also acts as an insulator.

Dimensions

Instead of the 27 cm, which is a standard brick facade, our enclosure has a total thickness between 22 and 25cm (depending on the finish). With better features than a traditional facade, we get that in a house of 100m2 built, increase in about 6 or 7m2 our usable area, earning this space to use it in our home.

The envelope

Our facades are 15% more insulating than traditional brick. This, together with the best aluminium frames with thermal bridge breakage and the materials that are not very conducive to heat, means that there is no cold in winter or heat in summer, just as the interior temperature will not escape you. That is why our modular or prefabricated houses are more energy efficient.
