About the property
Our prefabricated house Tundra 3’s bedrooms are houses of modern style and pure volumes, with flat roofs in all sections. There are two main pieces that contains the most important rooms of the house, the first located in the day area whereas the other is in the night area. These departments are separated by a secondary area of lower height that externally yields its importance to the other two areas. The interior forms a space of great importance for this house, as an allocator and area of stay. The house separates its utility during the day from nights through a band of circulation, light and transparency.
Why choose TUNDRA 3?
The exterior of the 3-bedroom Tundra model consists of two types of facades: the perimeter that covers all the pieces longitudinally, and the one that shapes the ends. The windows of square and rectangular shape create a geometric scheme breaking the continuity of the exterior metric. Contrarily, the large windows are opened with fixed or mobile lattices, giving rise to a much more open front, in which the gap is important to the massif. In our configurator you are allowed to customize all the materials of the two types of facade, including if you want aluminium or wooden lattices on the short sides to protect the windows from the sun or for security reasons. The central piece, of lower height than the others, is where you enter the house. All windows are always aluminium with thermal bridge break and double glazing. The laminated glass in all windows is to ensure resistance to possible impacts.
The interior is accessed from an intermediate space, which unites and separates the bedroom and living room area at the same time. From the entrance hall direct access to the kitchen is granted and through the play of open and closed spaces that generates the shelves you can see accessing the living room area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the opposite front. It is a space with its own identity, the light enters from the window at the other end, and it joins and separates the living room through two library / study or work areas.
These two bookcase areas are included in your home, and you can customize the material, from melamine solutions in white or wood finishing, to lacquered finishes or natural wood veneers. If you want to complete this space as one of the noblest areas of the house, you can choose to pane the partition wall with the bedrooms in beech or oak veneers. Another link in this space with the living room is the option of installing a U-shaped fireplace that serves both the living room area and the intermediate area, maintaining continuity and transparency with the living room that also creates the separating cabinet.
The living-dining, kitchen and the utility room is designed for the daytime uses. You can configure if you want an integrated kitchen in the dining room, so that one of the furniture is usable from both sides, giving rise to an office. Or, if you want to have an independent kitchen, it will be separated from the dining room, leaving a door that connects both areas. In the dining room there is a window to the side garden, and the lounge area has a full glass front, floor to ceiling, with access to the back garden.
The kitchen, joined or separated from the dining room, is formed by three furniture fronts, leaving an intermediate passage area illuminated by a window. The front of the sink area consists of low and high furniture. The dishwasher can be chosen whether to leave it seen or designed with an integrated door as a piece of furniture. The front of the cooking area has low furniture and a decorative hood. If you choose the kitchen option attached to the dining room, this front has a countertop area that works as a bar to have breakfast, lunch, etc. The side front works as a tower in which you will find a refrigerator, oven and microwave, as well as more storage space. The kitchen will be fully furnished with countertop, sink and tap. And it is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and extractor fan. You can customize the finishes in our configurator and see how your kitchen will look.
The bedrooms include a master bedroom suite, with dressing room and bathroom and are decorated with a large window. The other two bedrooms are accessed from a distribution space that separates the intermediate band with a sliding door. From this space you can access both the bedrooms and the second bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with luggage compartment and hanging rails. All the doors are filled with expanded polyurethane to achieve greater acoustic isoulation. You can choose the finish of doors and cabinets between lacquered white or oak or beech veneers. All bedrooms include motorized blinds in their windows.
The two bathrooms include all common bathroom installations, the main bathroom features a bidet, sink cabinet, taps with water saving systems and thermostats in bathtubs and showers, mirror and lighting fixture on the sink. The option of bath or shower can be chosen in the configurator. All bathrooms have an exterior window for natural lighting and ventilation. Tiled floors can be customized by choosing vinyl, porcelain or even natural stone floors, combined with tiles of different formats.
The whole house incorporates radiant and refreshing floors. You can choose the energy production system between aerothermal and geothermal solutions; if you have a gas connection you can install a condensing boiler for hot water and heating.
