The concept consists of a living room with an integrated- or independent kitchen, a ventilated utility room, 2 bedrooms – one of them en-suite, 2 bathrooms and an entrance with porch.
Our prefabricated house Sierra 2 bedrooms responds to a more rustic aesthetic, with sloping roofs with eaves of wooden joists, or of lacquered steel, for a more contemporary touch, formed by three pieces that are sliding relative to each other leading to a house in which all its surface is used to the maximum. Windows will provide the counterpoint, combining contemporary lines with the most rural style of the house.
Why choose SIERRA 2?
In this modular 2-bedroom Sierra house the main piece collects the living-dining room and kitchen, while the bedroom area has two bedrooms. Both are connected through the piece of connections, bathrooms and clothesline. All the carpentries are aluminium with thermal bridge break and double glazing, with small thickness profiles to give priority to light, with maximum thermal insulation. The access to the house is made through a porch area that serves as an antechamber to the hall of the house.
The living room and kitchen can be configured in a single space, or separate, with direct access from the dining room. The space grows in height thanks to the inclined roof, being able to choose for the interior a wooden covering that creates the continuity between the interior and exterior space. From the living-dining room large floor to ceiling windows will allow direct access to the garden. To close this more rustic look, you can include an L-shaped fireplace in your living room.
The kitchen, joined or separated from the dining room, is organized in tone to the magnificent L-shaped window, which faces the front of the sink, and ends with a tower area where you will find refrigerators, ovens and microwaves. On the opposite front is the cooking zone. If you choose the option of an open kitchen, integrated in the dining room, you will have a bar area. The kitchen will be fully furnished with countertop, sink and tap. It is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and extractor fan. With our configurator, you can choose the kitchen that you like the most, rustic wood, more modern lines, handles or gola, etc. Surely you will find your ideal combination.
The master bedroom is configured in suite incorporating dressing room and bathroom. The other bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All cabinets are fully lined and with luggage shelf and hanging rail. The connection between the living room and the bedrooms is made by a distributor that you can configure to be part of the room, or include a sliding door of large dimension that allows you to join or separate it. From this distributor you access the second bathroom. All the doors are filled with expanded polyurethane to achieve greater acoustic isolation. You can configure the finish of doors and cabinets between lacquered white or oak or beech veneers. The bedrooms also include motorized blinds.
The two bathrooms include all toilet facilities, the main bathroom also a bidet, sink cabinet, taps with water saving and thermostatic systems in bathtubs and showers, mirror and lighting fixture on the sink. You can configure if you prefer a bath or shower to your liking. Both bathrooms have exterior windows to provide natural light and ventilation. You can choose between the different options of finishes of our configurator, vinyl, porcelain or even natural stone floors, combined with tiling of different formats.
The whole house incorporates radiant and refreshing floors. You can choose the energy production system between aerothermal and geothermal solutions, or if you have a gas connection you can install a condensing boiler for hot water and heating.
