About the property
The Cima 2 model combines the modernity of the pure volumes with the warmth and spaciousness of the sloping roofs. It consists of 2 main pieces, with sloping roof, which house the main rooms of the house, and are separated by a secondary piece with flat roof, which externally gives its importance to the other two areas; the interior is one of the differentiators of this house. The continuity of the facade materials and their pure forms gives it a contemporary character.
Why choose CIMA 2?
On the outside, the two main pieces have an inclined roof, so that the facade and roof can form the same skin in continuity. You can choose the option with a mortar finish and covered with profiled sheet metal, or other facade coverings that will also extend to the roof and throughout the entire longitudinal development of each piece until you reach the ends. Furthermore you can configure to protect the open large windows with aluminium or wood lattices of your choice. From the central piece, with flat roof and lower height than the two lateral ones, access to the house is made. The windows are always made of aluminium carpentry with thermal bridge break and double glazing, including laminated glass in all the windows to ensure resistance to possible impacts.
Inside, the first of the sloping roof section houses the living-dining room and the kitchen, from which you access the facility room. You can choose open living, or separate the kitchen through a partition door, maintaining access from the dining room. You can choose if you want the ceiling to be painted or to coat it with pieces of wood. From the dining area opens a window to the side garden, and from the living room you can enjoy a floor to ceiling window, and allows you to go out to the back garden. In addition, due to the difference in height between this piece and the central piece, it has fixed side skylights that illuminate the entire space from the top.
The intermediate piece has the internal function of circulating and distributing the house. You enter the house from one end, which corresponds to the kitchen area, and allows access to the living room and bedrooms. But it is neither a closed corridor nor a part of the room that becomes internal circulation. It is a space with its own identity, from which when you enter you can see the light from the window at the other end, and it joins and separates the living room through two library areas / study or work areas. You can customize the furniture that are included in the project, choosing between melamine finishes, white lacquered or natural wood veneers. If you want to complete this space as one of the noblest areas of the house, you can choose to pane the partition wall with the bedrooms in beech or oak veneers. You can also configure whether or not to have a fireplace in a tunnel that serves both this area and the living room, another element that unites these two main areas.
The kitchen, joined or separated from the dining room, is formed by three furniture fronts, leaving an intermediate passage area illuminated with a window. The front of the sink area consists of low and high furniture. The dishwasher can also be chosen whether to leave it seen or integrated in the furniture with a door. The front of the cooking area has low furniture and a decorative hood. If you choose the kitchen option attached to the dining room, this front has a countertop area that works as a bar to have breakfast, lunch, etc., directly on it. The last front is on the side and works as a tower in which are refrigerator, oven and microwave, as well as more storage space. You have the kitchen fully furnished with countertop, sink and tap. And it is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and an extractor fan. You can customize the finishes in the configurator and see how your kitchen will look ideally.
The bedroom section includes a master bedroom suite, with dressing room, bathroom, and a large window. It also has another bedroom, with bathroom with shared use from the rest of the house. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, fully lined and with luggage compartment and hanging rail. All the doors are filled with expanded polyurethane to achieve greater acoustic isolation. You can choose the finish of doors and cabinets between lacquered white or oak or beech veneers. All bedrooms include motorized blinds in their windows.
The two bathrooms include all bathroom commodities, the main bathroom also includes bidet, sink cabinet, taps with water saving and thermostatic systems in bathtubs and showers, mirror and lighting fixture on the sink. You can configure if you prefer a bath or shower to your liking. Both bathrooms have exterior windows to provide natural light and ventilation. You can choose between the different options of finishes of our configurator, vinyl, porcelain or even natural stone floors, combined with tiling of different formats.
The whole house incorporates radiant and refreshing floors. You can choose the energy production system between aerothermal and geothermal solutions, or if you have a gas connection you can install a condensing boiler for hot water and heating.
